Some of the greatest people in our world are pioneers! People who take risks. Start something new.

They are compelled to work through trials, failures. Consider these examples that I found on a business blog.

Thomas Edison had 1,000 unsuccessful attempts at inventing the lightbulb.

Abraham Lincoln first went to war as a captain, and returned as a private. He failed at business. He failed in the practice of law. He tried politics and continued to fail to be elected to: the Legislature, the General Land Office, Senator, and Vice President. He failed in all of these. Then became one of the greatest Presidents of the United States.

Albert Einstein couldn’t speak until he was four, and couldn’t read until seven.

Walt Disney was fired from a newspaper because “he lacked imagination and had no good ideas.” He went bankrupt several times before he built Disneyland.

Two different record companies turned down “The Beatles” with one commenting, “We don’t like their sound. Groups of guitars are on their way out.”

So now, what is our audacious goal?

How can we help make the gospel available to anyone, anywhere, when they seek it?
